Refund policy
Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible under this voluntary policy, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags, where applicable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@dascoeur.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to hello@dascoeur.com.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction.
Return of Goods
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns. Once approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions and the appropriate return address.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with statutory rights.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your payment provider.
