Order Fulfillment and Production
All products sold in our store are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party print-on-demand partners.
Once you place an order, it is sent to production. Production times vary depending on the product and order volume but typically take 5–12 business days.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to countries within the European Union and the USA. Availability may vary depending on the product and destination.
Shipping Times
After production is completed, orders are shipped using standard shipping services.
Estimated shipping times:
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5-12 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- the destination country
- the number of items in your order
- the type of product
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be fulfilled at different third-party facilities and shipped separately. In such cases, you may receive multiple shipments at no additional cost to you.
Customs and Duties
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
If applicable due to special circumstances, any import taxes or duties required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or significantly delayed during shipping, please contact us at hello@dascoeur.com. We remain fully responsible for your order and will investigate and resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
